I supported the startup of a resin coated frac sand operation in Genoa, NE. I also led the startup of a new sand load-out facility in Sanders, AZ.I took on the role of Resin Plant Manager in Genoa, NE in 2012. While in this role I managed multiple projects to upgrade the resin operation.In 2014, I was promoted to Director of Resin Operations with oversight of resin coating facilities in Genoa, NE, and Cadereyta, MX.In February of 2016, I took on an expanded role to support the development of new coated products and operations for the frac industry. I designed, built and started up new coating operations in Blair, WI, and Genoa, NE. I also led commissioning activities for Preferred's new frac sand plants in Atascosa and Monahans, TX. I was responsible for the design, construction, and startup of a new frac sand coating facility in Monahans, TX.

Managed production facility that made reagents for the mining industry. Responsibilities included implementation of projects to improve operations and enhance environmental controls. Additionally, I coordinated development of operating permits and handled environmental reporting for the site. Also implemented Lean & 5S programs at the plant.

I managed production and maintenance for Cytec's Wallingford, CT Plant. This included coordinating the startup of a new water-based resin process. I also led the introduction of lean manufacturing at the site.

I directed the supply chain organization for the crop protection division. I also led the sales and operations planning process for worldwide distribution and sales of products. Moreover, I developed the supply plan for 2007 product sales (a Six Sigma Project). This included development of a cost/product pricing model to maximize revenue. I also managed SAP Projects to change business names while avoiding impact on export sales.

I helped R&D develop processes for the production of several plastic antioxidant products. I implemented the production of these products at a tolling facility in Tennessee. Later, I led the transfer of the process technology for these products to a new facility in Freeport, Bahamas.Promoted to Role of Production Manager at the Freeport Plant in 1991. Coordinated the Engineering for Expansion of the Freeport Plant. Doubled the capacity of the operation in 1992.Transferred back to Connecticut to work with the Corporate Engineering Dept. in 1994.Supported Engineering Projects Worldwide. (US, Mexico, Brazil, Netherlands and Italy)Led Upgrades for Plant Automation World-Wide.Took on Role of Plant Manager for Naugatuck, CT. in 1999. Led Six Sigma Projects to Improve Operations and Recover Assets. Managed Shutdown of this Plant in 2001.Promoted to Manager of Process Engineering in 2002.Managed Group of 10 Process Engineers.
