This was the key to the eventual work in Ken's LIfe Empowerment Coaching.

Director And CreatorMusicians Professional Workshop Sep 1980 - Jun 1995I created a music school offering private lessons and workshops, where people of all ages could learn from teachers based on their learning styles, their learning challenges, their musical challenges and their musical goals. These students (ages 12 to 95) also had a chance to engage in workshops from Jazz, Rock and Blues ensembles, vocal and back-vocal choirs with all of the teachers being successful musicians who were great teachers. No degree was required to teach at my school, you simply had to teach me a lesson and if I felt you could convey the depth of your skills to me, I would know which students to send you to. Few were accepted. When I closed the school to persue my own musical goals, we had 25 part time teachers, 250 students, dozens of workshops and outstanding monthly concerts, all performed by passionate "amateurs".
