Acting as the President and Founder.• Horizon Resources Inc. acted as the lead sponsor and general partner of this regional syndicate real estate company through 1990. Since this time Horizon Resources has acted as an Agent for it's clients for leasing, property management and sales.• Purchased Investments in commercial real estate throughout the mid-west and southwestern regions.• Formed in 1981 through 1986 Sentra Securities, which was a general stock brokerage company and I acted as the lead underwriter for Horizon Resources Limited Partnerships programs.• Sold Sentra Securities to Home Life Insurance Company in 1986. • Formed RESEC in 1986 which was a real estate / investment securities advisory company.
