Packchain is a software platform for generating dimensional data BI across operations, starting at the item master, through cartonization, packaging throughput, and shipping. The primary function of Packchain is to reduce shipping cost through cube management, and increase packaging throughput. Packchain is also an effective tool for harmonizing master data across the supply chain. For example, Packchain is a "clearing house" for item master data such as product barcodes, identification numbers, dimensional data, and other data that are used by multiple supply partners. Harmonizing data, in a single database accessible by multiple supply partners, eliminates retailer chargeback penalties for item-level data that effect distribution operations.

Ken joined the leadership team at IQpack in April 2021 as President. IQpack helps warehouse operations reduce the amount of air they ship, saving millions on shipping cost and making customers happy. Our strategies save e-com shippers 5-20% in parcel cost, and 10% in LTL cost.

Ken joined MHS in 2014 as Senior Project Manager for industrial construction projects. He was assigned to the UPS project team and project managed the engineering and field construction of parcel sortation automation systems. Most recently, Ken is Program Manager for the SSAI Technology team and the Infor LN ERP implementation team. Ken is currently leading a Procure-to-Pay alignment effort for North American Parcel.

Ken was an equity partner and board member at Salt Lake City based Packsize, and had various roles including senior leadership of the global expansion team; senior leadership of Packsize manufacturing operations in Enkoping, Sweden; senior leadership in the implementation of SAP company wide.Before coming on board full time at Packsize, Ken worked with the Packsize founding partners to develop the company's global strategy in his role as President of Rohleder Group, a business strategy and supply chain management consulting firm based in Louisville, Ky.

Ken advised large companies and emerging enterprises on business strategy with a focus on complex global supply chains, and Lean theory in manufacturing and distribution.Clients included Interstate Paper Corp., Kimball International, International Paper, Hershey, Elkay Manufacturing, MasterBrands, Emerson Electric and others.
