Oversees and directs a team of 4 full-time salaried managers and Chefs at Churchill Downs. Responsible for the operations's multiple food courts, bars and concession stands. Responsible for annual sales in excess of 10 Million dollars with 50 percent generated over Kentucky Derby weekend. In charge of the unit's initiative to train 100's of seasonal employees along with 1200 non-profit group members,200 student and interns and sub-contractors as they assist with our efforts planning for hosting 150,000 guests on Derby Day with another 350,000 vor the week. In addition to coordination of several other high profile events including the Rolling Stone/Police Concerts held at Churchill Downs along Breeder's Cup in 2006.

Instrumental in securing the exclusive catering contract for Centerplate & Masterpiece Creations with Kentucky Fair Board for the Kentucky Expo Center.
