I support start-ups and organisations to create meaningful design innovations and optimise product developments for successful product launches, efficient productions and sustainable product life-cycles, incl. support for engineering (NPI) and testing (EVT/DVT). I also advise and connect for sourcing of strategic R&D and production partnerships. I highly value and encourage the implementation of human-centered and circular design strategies, throughout the entire product life-cycle and its system.

- Piloting innovative design projects from concept to production, for wearable and IoT product solutions (hardware) in the field of smart healthcare and smart farming / food / industry 4.0- Offering, co-creating, prototyping and developing new design projects agilely with CEO, team and clients: Si-Ware Neospectra Scanner (EG), Caera Wristband (DE), Carepath Nela (DE)- Supporting our production team in Taiwan for mechanical engineering, product testing and technical developments

- Leading Little Sun’s design and product development process, from design ideation to pre-production of final product solution.- Co-creating and developing the new designs agilely with LS founders, teams, stakeholders and key-customers (in Africa, EU and US) through frequent iterations for iterative prototyping and continuous product improvements.- Supervising and supporting our R&D and production partner in China for all technical developments, PCBA, performance testing, DFM, product optimisation and production set-up.- Upgrading and implementing a seamless design-driven QA system, in order to keep a good control on our project developments and product qualities.Design references: 2 products successfully developed and launched on the market, +1 to come:Little Sun Diamond (2017), Little Sun Charge (2016) - see my portfolio for more details.
