Initially with Flowserve my focus will be to recruit, train, guide, and develop the Treasury Operations team. To support the pre and post spinoff of Texas Genco, I executed the seamless migration of all bank accounts, services and processes. I was successful in saving the company $300,000 annually in service fees through skillful negotiations. In addition, I developed the SOX control program for three separate treasury operations to ensure compliance with funds transfers, borrowing and investments. -
