Initially with Flowserve my focus will be to recruit, train, guide, and develop the Treasury Operations team. Concurrently we will focus on the Timely and Efficient Management of Flowserve’s Cash Management, Pooling, and Operating Bank Accounts.Formerly in my role at Arvest Bank as Director of Treasury Operations my teams provided key services to Arvest Treasury Management customers. TM Onboarding delivered the route for new TM customers, while TM Service provided ongoing support to Arvest's TM customer base. In addition, my TM Operations Associates performed a myriad of functions in support of Arvest's Information, Online, Payment, and Check Services product sets.Previously, in my roles as a Treasury Management practitioner, my teams provided treasury operations services within Fortune 500 organizations. To each, I provided expertise in liquidity operations, risk management, global treasury, SOX compliance, investments and M&A execution. My teams made significant contributions that included: • Stabilization and realignment of a global treasury services organization.• Integration of treasury services to support four newly acquired companies.• Development of daily corporate liquidity reports for senior management.• Separation and consolidation of treasury operations to support a major spinoff.• Startup and leadership of a treasury organization to support a new spinoff company.• Negotiation of service fees that saved $300,000 annually.• Cost savings through the consolidation and reallocation of treasury and bank resources.
