I was contracted by EMB Investments to create, develop, implement and monitor full-scale coffee operations for a new coffee company that would roll out 3 retail spaces within Seattle, Washington. This included sourcing proper equipment, setting up vendor and importer relationships, creating training and education protocols, and establishing quality control standards for each process. Once the retail stores were fully operational, I then led the executive and employee training to finish my contract obligations.

Led all sales related activities including managing a portfolio of 20+ clients while also leading all new account acquisitions. Also, I was brought on as a quality control expert to produce new standards of product quality at each step of purchasing, profiling, and selling. Through this time I always worked closely with the CEO and Owner of the company, leading our overall sales to increase by 125% from 2019 - 2021.Through this time I also helped lead the company to 3 consecutive Good Food Awards from 2018-2020 for Best Coffee in the Northwest Region. I also personally won the Specialty Coffee Association's U.S.A. Coffee Tasting Championship in 2018 going on to compete internationally in Brazil as a representative of the company and country.

An equipment sales specialist primarily B2B focused. I was also the Director of Education at Vision's onsite education lab conducting all related training for businesses including business owners, executives, and employees.

I was brought on as a professional barista with extensive team management experience to help successfully launch Cafeza as a new company in Houston, Texas. I worked closely with the owners to develop and implement employee procedures and general operations training. I was also in charge of employee scheduling and product purchasing while also managing vendor relationships.

I was brought on to help roll out Metro PCS into the Western Michigan region. This included recommending strategies for brand growth by monitoring the performance of Metro PCS through key performance indicators (KPI). Organized product launches and set up promotional demos. I was also responsible for prospecting and establishing new partnership relationships and managing on-site marketing materials for Metro PCS. Lastly, I was in charge of staffing events and recruiting brand ambassadors to work promotional events.

My role included helping to ensure that the the Senior Management team received timely and accurate information in order to make operational business decisions on client's portfolios. Also, I was responsible for weekly updates and on-going analysis and reporting of specific clients accounts. I also assisted in preparation of monthly P& L statements.
