Ken is President of Silbert Partners. Ken owns 10 Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa's. Ken owns 1 Moxie Salon & Beauty Bar and is the Area Developer for Moxie in New Jersey. Ken has been an active angel investor in the US and internationally, where he has invested in 90+ start-up and early stage companies through his own network, as a member of Jumpstart NJ and through TechLaunch across a wide spectrum of industries including social media, education, energy, food/non-food retail, membership businesses, predictive analytics, environmental, mobile marketing, hospitality, transportation, ecommerce, SaaS, affiliate marketing, mobile messaging, health/wellness, web to mobile, mobile apps, sharing economy, wearable safety technology, mobile gaming, flexible electronics, fintech, robotics, voice, mental health, medical products and real estate. Additionally, Ken serves on the Board of several of his portfolio companies.Before retiring from Accenture at the end of 2009, Ken was a results-focused executive with over 25 years of experience focused on Operations and Supply Chain Management. As the Managing Partner for Accenture, a $30B global consulting company, Ken was responsible for Accenture’s North American Supply Chain Practice. This included supply chain strategy, demand/supply planning, order management, fulfillment, warehousing, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, product development, product lifecycle management, strategic sourcing, procurement, service management, supply chain ERP systems and supply chain outsourcing across all industries.In addition to Ken’s work with commercial clients, Ken was the senior partner responsible for all of Accenture’s work with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) since their inception in 2002 and was Accenture’s Program Manager for the Department of Homeland Security’s $10B, 10-year US-VISIT program.Ken has a BS and an MBA from Lehigh University, is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and is a recipient of the prestigious Fed 100 Award.Ken is also an active philanthropist, dedicating time and money to organizations that are meaningful to him and his family including hospitals and other health related charities, his synagogue, and high school scholarships for qualified students.
