• My role with IPFone (Who purchased Access Communications/InteleCloud in 2015) was VoIP Telecommunications Engineer, Project Manager and Operations Manager. During my tenure with this organization my responsibilities included all of those in my position with Affiliated Technology with additional responsibilities of also installing legacy TDM as well as premise-based VoIP PBX Communication Servers. I gained extensive experience in the Cloud Hosted VoIP Telecommunications and Call/Contact center market during this period as the industry quickly began to evolve to Cloud Based Telecommunications and Services as being the predominant method of providing Unified Communications in the industry. My time as Operations Manager was from 2014 through 2015. IntelaCloud was purchased by IPFone in 2015. IPFone had a management structure in place and while keeping an open office in Jacksonville, my needs and experience as a Project Manager, VoIP Engineer and Tier 3 Support technician were where I was most needed. I welcomed those rolls and became a successful member of the team at IPFone in working primarily on the Broadsoft and Bicom Systems Cloud Hosted VoIP solutions as well as doing Sales Engineering and setting up Demo’s as needed.
