Ken Termini, a Penn State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, has had a notable career in the pharmaceutical industry and as a high school basketball coach. Starting at Revlon, he soon moved to Forest Pharmaceuticals, where he spent 27 years excelling in various sales and management roles. His leadership extended to pivotal roles during the Affordable Care Act's implementation at Forest Laboratories (now Abbvie), where he founded and ran their Federal Public Policy Department. Ken's achievements in pharmaceuticals include winning Rookie of the Year, Representative of the Year, and Sales Manager of the Year awards. His early retirement was strategically planned, supported by disciplined financial, estate, and tax planning, alongside smart real estate investments. He developed significant properties in the Outer Banks, including a notable 36-unit oceanfront condominium project.Aside from his professional endeavors, Ken has been coaching high school basketball since 1990, primarily with Pennsylvania's Nazareth, Palisades and Palmerton High Schools. Under his leadership, the Palmerton Blue Bombers won the 2019 District 11 Class 3A title, and he was named 2015 Boys Basketball Coach of the Year. He also founded the Colonial League Boys Basketball Coaches Association to recognize outstanding student athletes.Ken is a passionate open-water swimmer, participating in events such as the New York City SEAL Swim, a fundraiser for the Navy SEAL Foundation. He enjoys the physical challenge of participating in events that require both strength and endurance. Currently, Ken is focusing on mentoring college students through his company, Career Launch Consulting (CLC). He helps student leaders translate their organizational leadership experiences into strong interviewing skills, preparing them for the job market.
