Oversee daily treasury management for operating cash and investment pool funds of approx. $1BB. Perform monthly valuations and reconciliations to the general ledger for all investments using advanced spreadsheets. Communicate with the System’s investment managers, consultants, and vendors to ensure efficient and timely transaction and document processing. Post journal vouchers and maintain the department’s digital filing system.

Serve as a liaison for new clients during the implementation period, coordinating with client medical practices to arrange training and custom tailor our software to their workflow. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare EHR Incentive, and 5010 billing practices, as well as be able to clearly and effectively communicate those to clients through training webinars and direct consultation. Operate the support desk and manage a team of support representatives and serve as the escalated rep for client issues.
