BHD.*Being appointed Head of Facilities Department*To oversee day-to-day management, control and operation of course provision within thedepartment, including effective deployment of staff and physical resources*To manage and deploy teaching/support staff, financial and physical resources within the departmenteffectively to support the department development plan.*Involvement in educational and instructional activities.*Developing the methodology to educate students and then implementing it in the classroom andpractical areas.*Development of handout material.*Attending meetings of the course instructors and course coordinator to discuss issues affectinglearning and other classroom issues*Attendance at meetings with the course coordinator and the class representatives for the course toobtain feedback.*Development of test questions in consultation with the Chief.*Maintain training vehicle and ensure the related training vehicle are in good condition.*To work with colleagues to formulate aims, objectives and strategic plans for the department whichhave coherence and relevance to the needs of students and to the aims, objectives and strategicplans of the Academy.*Train technician and instructors safety precautions when handling hybrid vehicle.*Conduct Hybrid Vehicle course to workshop technician.
