Account Manager responsible for $30M customer base in the vending and food service categories to include, food, beverage, Coffee and Water supply service to customer locationsSuccessfully negotiated new vendor contracts and commission rates to maximize savings for customers and profit for UVM. Manage new customer transitions from current program to new vendor managed program and orchestrate and coordinate with multiple vendors across the country for installations and removal of service programs.Worked closely with Pepsi, Sodexo, TJX, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Accor, to collaborate on client employee and general public food and vending programs.Responsible for accurate commissions and reporting for all corporate clients as well as adherence to all contractual obligations resulting in an average of 90% scorecard compliance.
