About Ken Thurlow

A product of 45 years in the field of Aircraft Maintenance and Aircraft System Safety. Career path to date started in the middle sixties, learning and working on military aircraft for two years in St. Louis, Mo. The next 30 years were learning, working and supervising for a Part 121 Commercial Airline based in Atlanta, Ga. In the late nineties progressed to the Federal Aviation Administration for 14 years and had regulatory, compliance and enforcement responsibilities over a Part 121 Air Carrier and a Part 145 Repair Station based in Covington, KY. Then accepted a position as Assistant Principal Avionics Inspector on a world wide Part 121 all cargo airline out of Louisville, KY. Currently doing some consulting work on Part 121-145 and small Unmanned Aerospace Systems
