Mr. Trujillo practices primarily in the areas of complex litigation and government relations with substantial work in securities, education, gaming and white-collar criminal defense. Mr. Trujillo has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School for over 15 years. From 2009 to 2012, he served as a Commissioner of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. He previously served as the City Solicitor of Philadelphia and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney. Mr. Trujillo is active locally and nationally in civic and business matters. He has owned several radio stations primarily serving the Latino community. He is a real estate and venture capital investor. In November 2008, Mr. Trujillo served on President-Elect Barack Obama’s Presidential Transition Team, where he served on the agency review team for the Securities and Exchange Commission. In 2003, Mr. Trujillo served as counsel to Governor Ed Rendell's Transition Team and shortly thereafter, Governor Rendell appointed Mr. Trujillo to the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority. In 2005, Governor Rendell appointed Mr. Trujillo a Commissioner of the Delaware River Port Authority. Mr. Trujillo was a Co-Chair of the Host Committee for the 2016 Democratic National Convention.Mr. Trujillo served as the Secretary, Treasurer and First Vice Chair of the National Council of La Raza Board of Directors as well as on its Audit Committee. He currently chairs the board of the Strategic Investment Fund for La Raza, Inc. and on the board of the Raza Development Fund. Trujillo was Chair of the Board of Directors of Congreso de Latinos Unidos and is the former Chair of the Board of Directors of the Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Mr. Trujillo was the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Health Partners and chaired its Audit Committee.
