•Develop and implement departmental policies, objectives, and procedures in conjunction with 15 agencies within the embassy to ensure office compliance with organizational guidelines•Conduct analysis and research to inform the country team on U.S./Turkey Military relationship and emerging trends•Coordinate visits by U.S. cabinet members, congress, dignitaries and high-ranking military officials furthering U.S. strategic objectives and strengthening national ties•Liaise with host-nation interlocutors and advise U.S decisions makers on regional policies to enhance U.S./Turkey relationship•Manage $5M budget for 15 US Embassy staff and their families to ensure housing, transportation, travel, logistics and support are fully funded

•Supervised a team of five specialist providing protocol support and expertise to U.S. Army Europe Command of ~30,000 soldiers•Coordinated venues, itineraries, attendees, officiants and logistics of ceremonies, events and conferences on behalf of the organization•Fulfilled contractual obligations, including communications, vendor coordination, schedule creation, budget administration and rehearsal and day of event coordination•Represented the organization by holding briefings with stakeholders and/or presentations at conferences

•Coordinated events, prepared agendas and managed schedule for a three-star general officer.•Handled logistics, catering, agendas and travel arrangements for meeting and event planning for the commander. •Managed administrative functions, including complex calendar management with focus on proper allocation of executive availability.
