As a Senior Project Manager at Timmons Group, there have been a variety of water, wastewater, storm water and development projects which have been successfully completed since starting here several years ago. These projects include water treatment plant renovations, wastewater treatment plant expansions, pump stations with capacities up to 100,000 GPM( 144 MGD) and trouble shooting existing water and wastewater facilities which were not operating efficiently. Experience has also included involvement with road and bridge design projects, surface and groundwater withdraw permitting , monitoring and reporting. Also included with my recent experience is assistance with local municipalities who had challenges with water and sewer system operations, maintenance and compliance. Through a systematic approach of identifying and resolving problems, operational efficiencies were realized, money was saved and regulatory compliance issues were resolved with no notice of violations issued after resolving key operational issues.Prior to joining Timmons Group, served as the Engineering Manager for a local water utility enterprise fund managing the CIP, regulatory compliance issues related to water and sewer system, consent order compliance, water treatment plant operations and permitting. Also included in previous responsibilities was to act as the Dam safety Engineer for 7 reservoirs, 6 raw water pump stations, 2 river intakes, 4 deep wells and thousands of miles of pipe associated with treatment, delivery and disposal of water and wastewater in the Hampton Roads area.Before working in the municipal market, acted as Civil Engineering Manager and Regional Manager of Transportation Construction administration across 4 states in the mid-Atlantic region for 20 years at a local consulting firm in Hampton Roads..
