Site Manager, Brookworth Homes

I worked for Bovis Homes at Peacehaven from November 2009 until mid-May 2013. I started as an Assistant Site Manager and hoped to progress up the Management ladder. I had been involved in all the key stages from foundation to CML. We also won an NHBC Health & Safety commended award, in which I had a large part to play,I understand the importance of Health & Safety in the Construction Industry, and implemented this, throughout the working day. The site had been under construction for 5 years, with over 400 houses and apartments, averaging around 100 completions each year.I was also involved with the aftercare, when people moved in to their property. I worked for allenbuild, for 5 months working on 2 developments in London.They were RC frame, of which i looked after half the appartments, taking them through to completion. I worked under a Project Manager on both developments The appartments were HA units and these were taken through to CML and signed off.by the clerk of works.

I started for Try Homes as a forklift driver and within a few months, I was asked if would train up as a Finishing Forman.I worked on various sites in Sussex,Hampshire and Surrey working on traditionally built housing. I was involved in all the key stages but took it over mainly at super-structure then through to CML and Customer Care pass. I ran my own site for 4 months in Felbridge.
