My sole trader business "The Business Xchange" was transferred to SRS Innovation Ltd in August 2015, run by my son and I - which remains a family business.

This was my original Consultancy business which now owns our offices near Swansea. It no longer trades as a Consultancy firm but instead owns an office complex for SME's to rent.I have also been involved in several other companies as a Non-Executive Director and Director since starting my own businesses in 1994. I then became a Business Adviser with the Welsh Development Agency in the mid eighties for about 4 years and this position introduced me to the world of Corporate Finance and Consultancy which led to me going into business in the mid nineties. WRS was a firm set up as a Brand to offer Corporate Finance and Consultancy support specifically to the growing Waste & Recycling SME Sector in the UK. We diversified into acting as an Agent for a German Company which provided Large Scale Solar Farms in the UK.
