Wrote, reviewed and submitted RFD’s, permits, wrote permit summaries and completed and submitted Tier II, Form 26R, 330 Biennial reports and DMR. Led High Performance Work Teams in delivering rapid change over (RCO) improvements from over 2 hours to less than 1 hour. Received Circle of Champions Award for developing and leading sites Planet team to improved overall sites performance in zero landfill, from 12% to 0.5%. Utilized Kaizen events to measure facilities current performance and help identify other opportunities. Improvements in all RC accounts amounted to Water 76% to YAG, Nat Gas 91% to YAG and Electric 93% to YAG. Led and developed team members to identify waste and opportunities to “sorting at the source” and identified $48,000 in cost savings. Received Professional Recyclers of Pennsylvania (PROP) award for recognition of our recycling efforts.
