Researched, designed and hands-on implementation of a total rebuild of the municipal data infrastructure platform including all core services systems and client equipment. Implementations of new systems including messaging platform, systems backup and disaster recovery plan, land management, document imaging and GIS systems. Migration of outdated utility billing system to a new platform. Replaced obsolete telephone services with new Shortel digital VoIP systems. Implemented Public, Education and Government access television channel including all live and rebroadcast production facilities, video server, and web streaming services. Designed and implemented pilot phase municipal wireless network project. Created and published adopted directives for systems acceptable use and document retention policies.

Assessment of technical status and development of the district technology plan. Completed system migrations from outdated platforms to new hardware, operating system and applications systems. Designed and implemented 1,800 + node network system utilizing extensive wireless solutions, multiple education support systems, SQL central database, Exchange messaging, Internet and Intranet web services, and remote system access and management facilities.
