Involved with migration of legacy mainframe application and processes to open-systems, with concurrent activities spanning various tracks, such as:- Various activities across SDLC phases for new custom user interfaces developed to replace legacy interfaces, from initial requirements gathering, change management of external vendor partner’s software, coordinating development activities between internal development teams and external vendor partner, systems and user acceptance testing, implementation planning and execution- Assisting with mass data quality reviews of pre-conversion and post-conversion state of data elements affected by migration activities, including data merge to consolidate two different membership systems into one core system, data migration from legacy mainframe platform to new database schema on open systems- Support of various activities across SDLC phases to enable dual feed processing of Medicare enrollment transactions to core system in addition to existing legacy process to allow deprecation of data syncs and eventual single feed to core system only- Software remediation of existing applications to remove legacy processing and addition of new functionality to support new custom user interfaces- Lead technical support for activities as it relates to the Member domain, including maintenance, remediation, reporting, extracts- Leading multiple implementation planning and execution activities to coordinate major deliveries. Scope includes deployment of user interfaces, remediated software, and data migrations to support member maintenance, similar activities for group maintenance rollout, as well as final rollout of remediated software and deprecation of legacy processes to support shutdown of mainframe processes- Post-implementation support to review and triage issues as it relates to data quality and software defects for resolution via data zaps or software patches developed by internal team or by working with external vendor partner
