The name "Đuốc Mồi" (The Lighting Torch) was inspired by a saying of the Buddha. When the Buddha was asked why he put so much effort into imparting knowledge to people, he replied: "Spreading knowledge is like holding your torch to light up the other torches - we lose nothing but everyone gets light."This is a non-profit social media organization for the young generation of Vietnam. We started with the TEDvn/SOSUB.ORG project, then the VSKH project, and now we are continuing to work on the Light Up project. In the future, we still want to continue implementing projects that have positive meanings for the Vietnamese community.

I am an introvert. And I love to write, even though I graduated as an engineer. I consider writing a daily activity. And I'm constantly developing different storylines, even though most of them have never been produced. I like to observe life, absorb a variety of stories both in real life and fiction, and then combine all of those materials to tell new stories.

Anvest is a startup, and we want to provide services for users to achieve financial wellbeing. I'm mainly involved in community building, marketing, CSR, and content production.

I am one of 4 brand managers of TNL Group, directly involved in all communication and marketing activities of the company. However, after working for 6 months, I realize that my personal career growth here will be very slow. I always want to go where I can make the biggest difference. So I want to find another opportunity where I can contribute and learn more.

I help the company eDoctor in connecting with doctors, specialist teams, and more to launch the "Trạm Lành" project. This is a mental health service with its first headquarters in District 4, Ho Chi Minh City. After helping this clinic to establish and operate stably, I completed the work and ended the contract with eDoctor. I continue to work on a personal project called "Light Up", which is a communication project with the goal of raising public awareness about mental health.

The VSKH project has really inspired many people. Thanks to the inspiration from VSKH, many people have started many projects related to Vietnamese culture and history. A lot of misconceptions have been changed. And especially, the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union invited us to submit ideas to the government to help young Vietnamese people become more patriotic. VSKH project was honored to win the WeChoice 2020 award.

For the campaign to prepare for the 150th anniversary of Rosa Luxemburg's birth, I was the one to pitch from concept to all stages of implementation. Fortunately, RLS trusted and chose us.I am also extremely honored to have been invited by the Rosa Luxemburg Stifftung Foundation to produce a historcial fictional artbook about the life of Mrs. Rosa Luxemburg.I am the writer and director of all stages of the production of this book. Along with a short animation, this was the main product of the commemorative event's media campaign.

I remember translating 5-7 books or something, but I can't remember the title. Because there are books that I choose to translate because I like them. But there are also books that I am not impressed with after translating.

In the name of the company, "HICU" stands for History and Culture, and "Edutainment" means Education combining with Entertainment. We believe that the best way for education to spread the widest and fastest is through the medium of entertainment. Many things happened and the company wasn't able to last, but I have learned many valuable lessons.

I founded the TEDvn project when I was a sophomore, 2008. This is a non-profit project whose sole activity is to make Vietnamese subtitles for TED Talks videos subject to Creative Commons copyright. At that time, not many Vietnamese people knew about TED. Personally, I really like TED's content and I want Vietnamese people to be able to access this channel.This is just a personal project, a kind of fansub project. But it was very famous and made many people confused that we are an official branch of TED in Vietnam because of the name TEDvn. TEDvn project has a YouTube channel with more than 100k subscribers, a website and 3 apps on iOS, Android, and Windows Phone. Absolutely no ads. So TED contacted me and thanked me for spreading their videos in Vietnam. But they also didn't want the misunderstanding to continue, so I renamed the project SOSUB.ORG, and continued doing it as a hobby until 2017.Achievements:- Translated 1114 videos of TED Talks, TED-Ed, and other Creative-Commons-educational-videos, such as "How to start a startup" course of Y Combinator.- TOP 3 - Forbes Vietnam - “One million dollar idea to change the world” challenge.

I was part of the founding team when eDoctor relaunched for the second time in Ho Chi Minh City. I work as a content manager because I want to change the way content is made in the medical field. But the company needs to give more priority to the devs, and I feel that I personally haven't made a change, so I decided to quit. I always want to go where I can make the biggest difference.

I joined the founding team of the e-commerce segment as the person responsible for the entire content of the website. I am responsible for producing and managing content, coordinating with the SEO department to increase impressions on Google's results page.In just 6 months since its establishment, we have helped FPTshop.com.vn website have the second largest traffic in Vietnam in the e-commerce segment for consumer electronics, just behind thegioididong.com.
