Process and input 200-300 pieces of data entries about our donors and donations into a database each day. Track 1000-1500 memorial donations and prepare the correct mailings according to the standards. Email necessary information with Whitworths donors, staff, guests and others who need to be kept informed.

Reconciled the hotels' income numbers to confirm that they match what the statements believe to be the case. Logged all necessary information so that the hotel supervisor had an idea of the performance of our hotel. Corrected any disparities in the system or if I did not have access to the correctable information contact my supervisor to do so.
