I am currently working as an EHS Manager for Amazon. I work at a fulfillment center providing occupational safety and health support at the site level. Most of my work involves implementing Amazon's Safety Policies as well as providing direct support to our high risk areas including Trailer Dock and Release, Powered Industrial Trucks, Fall Hazard Control, Regulated Waste/Environmental, and Conveyor Safety. I partner with operations to enforce Amazons Safety Rules and provide any other EHS related support to the site leadership and company. This also includes reporting, investigating, trend analysis, root cause analysis, etc. I am a highly skilled and dedicated Health and Safety Professional with more than 9 years of experience spanning safety management, training and development, regulatory compliance and stakeholder management. Throughout the years, I have gained verifiable track record in implementing OHS programs across all organizational levels, leading safety orientations, conducting workshops and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.With many accomplishments and demonstrated ability in leading innovative safety initiatives that drive productivity levels, minimize operational risks, abolish costs and improve company-wide TRIF and LTIF rates.
