My story with Tekis Lastik begin in 1996, when I started a small family business with my family and succeeded to grow this to the stage we have reached today. My company is manufacturer of braided and woven elastic and we export our products to more than 40 countries worldwide. Being a socially responsible person, which respects the rule of law, I am part of Board of Directors of SIAD (Business Men from Sinop) as an active representative. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself: - I can lead and grow teams from 10 to 100 people.- I am constantly learning because I never settle.- I focus on making high-quality decisions.About myself I can say that I am a humble and hands-on leader who is willing to support new business development functions.
