Current● Strategic Oversight: Led comprehensive WEF and HDP nexus, WASH, Flood Response, Health, Protection, LRRD, Governance, and DRR projects ensuring high-impact and sustainability outcomes are met. → Secured and managed over €7 million in funding with various donors (EUTF, BHA-USAID, AICS, SDC, IOM, and CFA Korea).● Operational Management: Directed finance, logistics, administration, HR, etc. optimizing resource allocation and operational logistics, reducing costs while maximizing project impact in conflict-affected regions.→ Introduced a Project Management Toolkit (PMT) among project teams, enhancing efficiency.● Stakeholder Relations: Cultivated strong relationships with government officials, donors, and community leaders to secure funding and expand project reach. → Co-led the national WASH Working Group for the flood response in Eastern Libya.● Policy making: Collaborated with ministries, local authorities, municipalities and international actors to develop national plans for waste management and DRR. Aligned project goals with national development plans and humanitarian relief efforts.→ Developed waste Management plans in 4 municipalities and supported the design of minimum standards of services for emergency response offices for 8 municipalities● Capacity Building: Developed and delivered training programs for project staff and stakeholders, building capacity in Peacebuilding, WASH management, and sustainable practices. → Participated in the design of a conflict sensitivity toolkit, trained local teams, and developed conflict sensitivity analysis for more than 6 municipalities.● Innovation in Technology: Introduced innovative, technology-driven solutions to enhance project transparency, efficiency and impact.→ Developed a GIS method to calculate population data with 80% accuracy, creating digital maps that provide gender and age disaggregation, addressing the high level of bias in population data in Libya.
