I provided support in the software field to our investor who aimed to establish the presence of a limited company based in Germany in Turkey. Throughout this process, my colleague and I were involved in the entire setup process. We obtained price quotes from various companies and attended meetings for needs analysis, alongside basic website design and addressing fundamental requirements (such as system computers, network infrastructure, software solutions, security needs, call center configuration, etc.). We went above and beyond to ensure smooth operations, making every possible sacrifice. However, due to the failure to fulfill the terms specified in our contracts, we were compelled to resign. I would like to emphasize that this experience has been invaluable to me as a young enthusiast and fervent lover of technology, and I wouldn't trade it for anything else.

As an after-sales support specialist, I assist customers with electronic productissues by listening to their concerns, diagnosing problems, coordinating servicecenter shipments, and monitoring the repair process. I also provide technicalsupport for store IT operations, system setup, and cable management. Inaddition to handling customer inquiries, I greet and assist customers in thesales department and help with warehouse organization and inventorymanagement.
