I am a DevOps Engineer at Fano Labs, a leading artificial intelligence company that provides speech and natural language solutions for government and enterprise clients. I have a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physics from Stony Brook University, where I gained a solid foundation in quantum mechanics, quantum materials, and data science. I have a passion for deploying and automating cloud applications using cutting-edge technologies such as Azure, Ansible, and Kubernetes.At Fano Labs, I have been responsible for deploying Azure applications through cluster management using Azure portal as an Infrastructure as a Code based solution, creating a highly-available, highly-scalable product. I have also developed and implemented Ansible playbooks to automate 90% of repetitive tasks, resulting in a 50% decrease in time spent on manual deployments. Additionally, I have implemented efficient database replication strategies across multiple cloud platforms including OpenShift and Azure, ensuring minimal downtime for critical government applications. I have also led the development and deployment of automated backup and recovery processes for government databases, resulting in a 90% decrease in data loss incidents. I have also optimized resource allocation by fine-tuning containerization settings on Kubernetes.
