As an advocate and adviser for companies who lease or own real estate, Ken has worked for almost 30 years to help business leadership translate business strategy into real estate solutions that helps not only cut cost but boost profits. He believes that real estate can enable high level business performance and, when properly executed, serve to differentiate smart companies from their competition. He applies a strategic, yet common sense approach to delivering results oriented solutions to clients. This approach allows Ken and the C&W team to develop long-term consultative relationships focused on a high level real estate strategy rather than simply “finding space.” 

Ken, a top 100 producer at C&W, is also a twenty-five year Phoenix Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club. He is regularly a top producer in the Atlanta marketplace and around the US. Ken is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) where he served as the Georgia Chapter President. Also, he has earned his CCIM designation and is a member of the leading industry organization, CoreNet Global, where he serves as a regular speaker for global directors of real estate. He has also earned the CoreNet Global designation Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) and has been awarded “top rated faculty” multiple times. Ken is past chair of the C&W Tenant Advisory Group in 2019-2020 which is a “top gun” organization of the best of the best at his company. He chaired the 2018 class of Leadership Atlanta. He serves on the Board of Leadership Atlanta, Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts, Atlanta Police Crime Stoppers, and Vice President Spirit of Atlanta Drum & Bugle Corps. Finally, Ken Chairs the Fulton County Sheriff's Foundation and Invest Atlanta Foundation.Ken is very fortunate to work in a career that he loves and with clients who are fun and engaging. The only thing better is his 33 year marriage to Karen and their 4 great kids. Ken and his family, including Andy the pug live in the Atlanta suburb of Dunwoody.
