I am currently working as a Visiting Professor of Biology at Lawrence University in Appleton, WI. Past work has included everything from examining the molecular basis behind changes in Fatty Acid metabolism in larvae of red drum with different maternal FA nutrition, helping develop sablefish larviculture to assessment of practical feeds for hybrid striped bass juveniles raised in ponds. My Masters thesis work involved the lysine nutrition of juvenile red drum and my PhD dissertation involved the hormone cholecystokinin and its role in the development of digestion in larval red drum.Specialties: Aquaculture NutritionNutritional PhysiologyOntogeny of the Digestive Tract
