KENNETH R. BANKS is a trendsetting businessman, developer, project manager, and general contractor. Banks is the founder and president of Banks Contracting and Development Company now Banks Global Group (BGG). Known for his ability to develop strategic global partnerships, Ken has successfully completed mega projects in Maryland and across the globe. Mr. Banks’ passion for philanthropic endeavors is easily recognized through his work in advocacy, charitable giving, mentoring, leadership, and volunteering with many organizations. He actively serves on several boards including University of Maryland, School of Medicine Board of Visitors; R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Board of Visitors and the Maryland Economic Development Commission.
