Provided credit card and payment processing services to businesses of all sizes, non-profits, and community-based organizations. With a team of 8 sales representatives, developed a specialized processing portfolio focused on health care providers, political campaigns, and business-to-business transactions and billings. Achieved swift business growth through the development of strategic partnerships with regional banks, business associations, campaign consultants, software developers, and web designers. Successfully exited the business by selling back residual income streams to the processor.

Initially working as an advertising sales agent, promoted to Director of Sales Development after 8 months of consistently surpassing revenue goals. Responsibilities included creating and implementing a standardized training program for 60+ sales agents and managers across the country, working as the chief presenter and sales floor manager for trade shows, and staying within a tight P&L. As the startup matured and grew to over 3500 employees, duties were expanded to include special revenue projects, and serving as a representative of the firm to national and local trade associations.
