I was part of a select group to start up the Polaroid Medical Imaging division that designed, manufactured, sold and serviced the world’s first dry laser imaging system for ultrasound and nuclear medicine applications. Agfa Medical successfully acquired Polaroid Medical Imaging in 1993 where I became a service consultant through 1998)I was Responsible for field service and technical support for revolutionary product line. I assisted the VP of Service in developing a new service strategy for high quality responsive support as part of newly acquired acquisition.
