Throughout that time, Ken was always the "go-to" person for ratings analysis, as he knew Nielsen's software forwards and backwards, and also wrote a small mountain of sales pitches, press bullets and program testing analyses. Five years later, when I was a VP at OTX and needed a Director who could "hit the ground running" and manage TV Dailies and a number of key accounts during a period of explosive growth, I immediately turned to Ken. He worked for me for three years and gave 110% managing a seven-figure syndicated product which was a key driver of the division (and company's) success, as well as one of our biggest creative-testing accounts. The growth of his team contributed to the TV Division's exceeding its revenue goals for 15 consecutive months. He was also a trusted lieutenant whose wise counsel aided me in managing the group and addressing the challenges that emerged in a fast-growing, innovative business.
