At this company, my goal is to improve and enhance the company's market presence through clever design, product photography, film editing, and illustration work for web and print purposes. Vital Signs Co. is a sign company that serves the businesses and individuals in Jacksonville and surrounding cities. GateHouse Media is a nationwide printing and publishing company. The company owns the Camp Lejeune Globe newspaper (one of the largest weekly-published Marine Corps newspapers on the east coast). My weekly duties for the Camp Lejeune Globe include:- Laying out and designing a minimum of three visually compelling newspaper covers each week using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator- Color correcting and retouching a large amount of photos to be used for each issue using Adobe Photoshop- Managing the social media accounts for the publication by scheduling posts for stories, events, contests and community events in the area- Uploading stories to the publication's website and altering the websites template to implement new media presentations through HTML5, CSS and CMS Blox - Contributing stories and designing supplemental publications (cover and inside pages) for the company's supplemental publication magazines- Creating print advertisements including business proposals, magazine ads, newspaper ads and billboard ads for the Gatehouse Jacksonville advertising office.

Academy Sports & Outdoors is a sporting goods chain store based in Katy, Texas. In addition to being a fulltime logistics associate and team leader, safety officer was also a held title. Normal weekly duties include:- Checking in vendors and inspecting vehicles to confirm that no damage has been done to merchandise while in transit- Assisting and coordinating unload processes for vendor shipments and insure replenishment process run efficiently- Performing weekly safety walks throughout store premises to prevent fatal incidents on company property

During the years 2014 and 2015, The Midway Park Kmart was awarded for having the most profitable fiscal year in the district for the increased and consistent sales in the menswear NFL fan shop. This was accredited to myself and my immediate supervisor. Job duties include:- Pricing, positioning, advertising, promoting and management of all merchandise pertaining to the men’s clothing department- Assisting fellow associates in respective departments with replenishment duties - Driving sales with suggestions, quality customer service skills and proper product placement techniques while also working in a team based environment
