I have to have a strong requirement of knowledge of Product, Marketing, Finance, and Business Operations data so that I can work closely with pod leaders and product managers to make data-driven decisions. The majority of my projects are completed using SQL, Sigma Computing along side some Python projects and early Machine Learning Models.

Utilizes SQL to gather data needed to be analyzed and visualized within Tableau to be shared with the stakeholders of Zoominfo.

Effectively deliver ZoomInfo value proposition, articulating our product, integrations, and features over the phone. Follow established ZoomInfo sales process to manage a high-activity pipe line of leads. Educate Director, VP, and C-level executives on ZoomInfo' suite of software to help accelerate their marketing and sales pipe lines. Worked closely with potential buyers in a customer support manner, asking their pain-points and how the platform and suite their needs.

Assist East Coast clients in purchasing equipment for various Homebrew/Breweries locations by being an honest and committed sales representative by listening to my customers needs. Research new items for the industry. Work with procurement and orders to keep up with accounts. Pay close attention to trends and past sales to help drive projections. Utilize Excel to understand customer purchases through pivot tables and xlookups and having an analytical mind to sales. Analyze aggregate data to better understand customer purchase histories to help land a sale. Utilize Dynamics GP to view procurements and inventory as well as financial information for specific customers. Work closely with product management team and procurement to keep ahead of transfers to various warehouses as well as having first hand knowledge of incoming inventory. Work with the marketing team to help create ad campaigns for various products and doing account outreach to better understand how to focus on specific markets. Worked with external partners to do trainings on new products so that we have a strong knowledge of our inventory for our consumers. Worked closely with customer within my territory to help in business development so that their purchases from us increase. Utilize Dynamics CRM to increase productivity and engagement and to have a concise customer touch point history. Work with Outside Territory Managers to grow various markets through market research and prospecting.

Oversee all areas of cellaring, from tank cleaning/sanitization and preparation to transferring beer and dry hopping. Having a keen eye to cleaning and ensuring that all equipment is clean and sanitized isextremely important while making sure that all parts are secure and ready for any movement of beer. Lead a small production team on packaging days and delegate tasks that need to be done for a canning day. Help set up and interface with our customers at various festivals around the state, ensuring our presence as a quality driven producer of craft beer. Assist in the creation of small batch, experimental beers, exploring flavors and concepts.

Maintain and oversee fresh produce and perishable goods. Prepare, process, large cuts, breaking them down into various specialty cuts for various services. Work next chefs to help create dishes for a nightly dinner service. Create multiple dishes for private events as well as cooking and serving previously prepared sides for multiple sized parties. Organize and run a 200+ community barbecue style dinner along with two other partners. Ensure each service run smoothly by being flexible and efficient with a small team.
