With a passion for teaching and a commitment to empowering communities through education, Ken brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his diverse roles.Currently, Ken serves as the Director at LAKOU, a commercial construction vocational school in Haiti, where he plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing competency-based educational programs. His experience spans over a decade as an educator in the business department at the Community College in Dieppe, New Brunswick, Canada. From 2000 to 2008, he honed his management skills as a manager for a global industrial supplier.Since 2009, Ken has been deeply involved in the non-profit sector, offering courses and seminars on HR and management for various organizations, municipalities, and government bodies. Through Didaskom Consulting, he specializes in HR, economic development, and management for communities, SMEs, and non-profit organizations.Ken's international experience includes a significant project from 2014 to 2017 with a French community college, where he trained teachers and administrative staff. He has also worked on a multi-year project at the Sgt. Mark-Gallagher Vocational School in Haiti, collaborating with the CCNB, Friends of Mark-Gallagher (FMG), the Federal Government, the AQANU (Association québécoise pour l'avancement des Nations Unies), and the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF).Ken’s guiding principle is simple: to help individuals KNOW, GROW, and SHOW their potential, fostering a sustainable and impactful change in the communities he serves.
