Manufacture Project Engineer Lead - deployed to the H-1 ZBN (Z Build New) Program. Using Unigraphics - NX5 & CATIA V4.Team Leader though an extensive reverse Engineering effort. Taking a 1960's legacy 2D Engineering drawing Mod Program to create 3D CAD Engineering models using laser tracker scan data from over 100 Master Gages. As part of a Black Belt project we developed the process map to reconcile our gage scan data to incorporate into a new nominal engineering definition. Which then we defined a New Tool family to transition from the obsolete Template type Tooling to the 3D Digital source for Planning and Manufacturing a New Cabin. This allowed our Build Team and our Supply base to use this 3D Models for all the down stream Manufacture Support such as NC-Numeric Control machine methods & Quality Inspecting metrology Tools like CMM's or Laser Trackers for the Tooling and detail part manufacturing and assembly effort.

Deployed to the ARH - Armed Reconnaissance Helicopter, Airframe IPT. Utilizing CATIA V4 Develop Tooling Concepts, Supported Tooling Offload, create the Tooling SOWs - Statement of Work.
