Assistant Commissioner for Financial Services & Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Responsible for all aspects of the Finance Department, Student Financial Aid and Student Loan programs. Knowledge of Government Accounting Standard Board (GASB) statements, Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP). Manage a staff of 94.

Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Provide direction and leadership for the Financial Planning and Analysis group. Manage $2 billion dollar annual budget. Responsibilities include functions related to investment management, cash reconciliations, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, business process improvement and the development of internal controls. Budget functions include the development and submission of the agency annual operating budget, Legislative Appropriation Request (LAR) and monthly performance reports.
