This is a global role managing the full product life cycle of the entire $5BN portfolio of inkjet supplies for HP Print. As portfolio manager, I am the point person for the product management teams to lead the overall strategy, positioning and customer experience of the HP Ink Supplies business.• Developed a detailed understanding of future product needs by forging strong partnerships with Customer Assurance, Competitive Intelligence, and Regional Category Management teams• Partnered with R&D leadership teams to produce a long-term (5+ years) product portfolio roadmap• Collaborated with printer product management teams to align their product launch schedule with the shorter term (< 5 years) supplies portfolio roadmap• Managed the communication and alignment of our supplies portfolio roadmap with Supplies and Regional leadership teams • Partnered with the Finance team to translate customer, channel and competitive insights into business cases for strategic investment opportunities • Proposed and implemented a gating process to oversee and approve region requests for new products and derivatives

This was a leadership role in the Future Product Management team. I managed the Officejet brand of SMB products with annual revenues > $1.5BN • Launched a >$2B portfolio of products into the office printing market• Led the roll-out of a new product marketing model of driving key business decisions through financial modelling of customer and channel insights derived from Big Data• Conceived and implemented a radical change to product design and pricing strategy which resulted in >$500M of additional revenue from the office printing market• Worked with regional category teams to develop and roll out a regionalization strategy to address their Grey Marketing concerns. • Hired, trained and mentored several MBA hires in the US to perform product specialist roles.

This was a global product management role with ownership for leading, managing, and executing successful program and strategic initiatives for HP Ink Supplies. I owned marketing communication, sales assets, competitive intelligence, product positioning, and pricing• Launched a > $1BN portfolio of products into the Consumer and Office markets• Led a team tasked with developing an Inkjet Product that would overcome segment bias towards laser based technologies in Emerging Markets

In this role I managed the integration, validation and customer buy-off of industrial printing presses at customer sites across Europe, Asia and the Americas. • Led the teams that were responsible for validating that the output quality met the customer expectations• Qualified System Upgrades at customer sites• Set up a Customer Return Centre in Ireland for Print-head failures• Investigated class issues to identify and implement long term solutions
