Professional with 7 years experience with the U.S. Military. I am currently a Project Manager at Northrop Grumman. I Wore many hats in the military and had experiences that pushed the boundaries of what I thought capable. My main strength is my devotion to an organization, as cliché as it sounds, failure is not really an option to me. However, over the years I have learned that it sadly is sometimes unavoidable. Which led me to one of my greatest personal revelations, in that, if I can leverage a failure to help achieve success in the future, then that failure was never really a failure to begin with, more like a stepping stone. I choose to look at my career with my employer not as a one to one exchange, but more of a symbiotic relationship. While I believe you should always provide value to your employer obviously, they should also be providing value and growth to you as well.
