It was an eight-month Coop experience: Jan 2009 - Apr 2009 and Aug 2009 - Dec2009.- Implemented XML Schema 1.1 new datatypes and facets in Xerces-J, which can be associated with XML element types and attributes, and allow XML software to do a better job of managing dates, numbers, and other special forms of information.- Participated in the design and implementation of XML Schema 1.1 assertions support, which uses an open source XPath 2.0 processor for performing Schema validation.
