With over 25 years of research and consulting experience, I lead client relationship development, guide our team’s strategic direction and innovation, and I am hands-on, running and nurturing many of our client's projects. I am tireless about creative approaches to our clients' business - from rigorous and creative designs, to actual storytelling and bringing research results to life through immersion galleries, video, infographics, digital galleries, and specialty deliverables. My global research is extensive - from Canada, Paris, and London, to Mumbai, Singapore and Sao Paulo. I have moderated groups and 1:1 interviews with runners around the Paris Marathon, to spending many amazing hours immersed in the motorcycle culture in India, to helping ensure a global re-branding initiative is successful by understanding nuances of consumer's approaches to money and investing in different parts of the world.
