I'm passionate about what I do for a career, I have to be. That sentiment is contagious to the rest of my team and helps lift up the organization. This results in continual smashing of goals and metrics, and allows me to lead instead of manage, thus allowing me more time to work on the business and with our people rather than work in the business and chase numbers.As a military retiree and on my public safety side, I like giving back to our nation and local communities by ensuring folks are safe and secure...
