Working directly under the SHFC Office of the President, I am primarily tasked to assess, review and coordinate multi-story housing projects being implemented under the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing Program (4PH).

• Coordinated with technical consultants, community (HOA) members, and other stakeholders for several housing projects. • Conducted online Focus Group Discussions and Key Informant Interviews with HOAs and stakeholders as part of project feasibility studies.• Conducted housing design workshops with HOAs as part of a participatory design process.• Participated in writing feasibility studies and proposals submitted to international funding partners.• Worked on architectural drafting, 3D visualization, and structural conceptualization for several projects.• Conducted research on alternative housing technologies that may be implemented for future housing projects and created an online database for easy access and perusal for the organization.• Managed 4th-year architecture students for their on-the-job training at the organization.• Designed a new website for the organization using Wix website builder.
