In 2022 I made the amazing jump back into IT and started working as a Tech Support Analyst for Nebraska Medicine. It has been an amazing transition and while there is so much more to learn, I feel I am definitely where I belong. Previously I worked at Westlake Ace Hardware. I started off as a part time sales associate and have been dedicated to succeed and promote for more and more responsibility and challenges. I worked up through different positions and was promoted to General Manager in 2015. I previously served in the United States Air Force as a Computer Systems Control Technician. I served for four years and was honorable discharges after being stationed in Germany, Turkey and Iraq. I worked on a variety Cisco, Sun, Netgear and other proprietary equipment. I started attending Metropolitan Community College February 2020 and I am currently working toward a degree in Cyber Security. I have many interest in a variety of Information Technology career fields and am planning on taking a variety of Information Technology classes to learn as much as I can.
