I'm a film and video maker working in documentary and digital storytelling. For more than a decade, I've worked as a producer, writer, cinematographer and editor, often all at once.Currently I'm making short films and videos at King County’s Department of Natural Resources and Parks, working across a 2,000-person government agency to document great stories about efforts to preserve the natural environment and make this region a better place to live.Before this, I was a video journalist who at times wrote radio and written features. My has appeared in the pages and programs of NPR, PBS, The New York Times, Bloomberg, Crain’s New York Business, Oregon Public Broadcasting, KUOW, Cascade PBS/Crosscut, and elsewhere. My work has been recognized by five Emmy awards (Northwest region), as well as the Edward R.
