I was rapidly promoted to lead operations, engineering, finance, HR, purchasing, order fulfillment, government affairs, public affairs, insurance, extensive trade case litigation and legal functions during volatile market conditions. I held full P&L accountability while managing eight direct reports. I successfully led the company through a successful Chapter 11 bankruptcy when others liquidated. In a second Chapter 11 bankruptcy liquidation, my team exceeded expectations by over $80 million.
